What formats are supported?

What happens if I hit my storage quota?
Uploads are blocked until you free space or move up a plan. Nothing is deleted automatically.
Can I download the original file?
Yes, the original is kept and downloadable at any time, individually or in bulk.
Do creators see the whole library?
No. Creators only see what is attached to their own assignments.
Is there a limit on the number of assets?
No. The only limit is storage in gigabytes, which is why a library of several thousand clips is normal here.
Can I search inside video content?
Search runs on metadata: names, tags, categories, the assignment a clip came from. That is what makes retrieval fast on a library of several thousand files.
Are original files re-encoded?
The original is stored untouched and stays downloadable. Only the previews and thumbnails are generated on top of it.
Can I share an asset with someone outside the team?
Yes, through a time-limited download link, without giving them access to the workspace.
