Viral Manager for streamers

Your stream produces hours of footage a day. The channel that grows is never the one with the most clips, it is the one whose clips are cut to the formats currently winning on Instagram and TikTok. This is the tool that tells you which formats those are, and runs the editors who cut them.

Your clips channel, run like a channel and not like an afterthought

Most streamers treat short-form as leftovers: whatever the editor found funny this week. Meanwhile the streamers who grow off-platform run their clips page like a faceless operation: they watch what similar channels' clips do, they cut to formats that are working, and they measure per period. All three of those are product features here, not discipline.

How Viral Manager helps streamers

Watch the clip pages in your scene

The streamers you share an audience with, and the pages that clip them. When one of their cuts breaks out, you see it and you see why.

Cut to a format, not to a feeling

The analysis turns a winning clip into a written structure: the cold open, the caption style, the pacing. Your editor cuts to that.

Brief your editor in one object

The reference clip, the timestamp note and the deadline, in a portal on their phone. Not a Discord message that scrolls away mid-stream.

Know what is cut before it is due

Five statuses from assigned to approved. You stream, the board remembers, and a missing day of posts shows up before it happens.

Keep every good moment findable

The library holds references and delivered cuts, tagged and searchable. The clip that popped in January is a template in June.

Measure the funnel honestly

Views gained per period on your clips pages, through the official APIs. That is the number that tells you short-form is filling the stream.

You stream. Someone else should be running the pipeline.

The working setup is almost always the same: the streamer supplies footage and taste, an editor or two cut daily, and sometimes a manager approves and schedules. Each of those is a role here, and the editors get briefs on their phone without ever touching your research or your numbers.

  • OwnerYou, or the manager who runs your business

    The full app, plus billing.

The watchlist, every analysis, every brief, every page's numbers.

  • MemberA channel manager, if you have one

The app, on a seat you invite by email.

The shared watchlist and board, so the strategy survives an editor change.

  • CreatorYour editor, or each of them

A private portal link. No account, no password, installable on a phone.

Their briefs: the reference, your note, the deadline. They upload cuts to the same place.

From a stream moment to a posted clip

  1. To do

You or your manager spec the clip: the moment, the reference format, the deadline.

  2. In progress

The editor takes it in the portal. Nobody has to ask what they are on.

  3. Filmed

The cut exists in draft. Tomorrow's posting slot is safe, and you know it tonight.

  4. Sent

The delivery lands in the library, attached to the brief.

  5. Approved

You approve it for posting, or send it back with a note in the same thread.

A smarter way to grow off-platform

Five parts of the product, in the order a streamer actually meets them. Each one has its own page if you want the detail.

Watchlist and alerts

Your scene, watched while you stream

Follow the clip pages and streamers in your lane on Instagram and TikTok. When one posts far above its own baseline, you get told, and the format behind it is one analysis away.

Editors get a link, not a licence

Each editor sees their own briefs and uploads their cuts from their phone. Onboarding a new editor is sending a link, and offboarding one removes exactly one link.

Frequently asked questions

Does it clip my VODs automatically?

No, and that is deliberate. Auto-clippers produce volume without taste, and taste is what wins. This tool decides what is worth cutting and to which format, then runs the editors who cut it.

Does it track Twitch or YouTube?

Discovery and connected accounts cover Instagram and TikTok, which is where clips compete for new audience. Your stream platform is the source; the tool covers the destination.

My editor already works in my Discord. Why move?

Keep Discord for talking. What breaks in a chat is the work object: which clip, which reference, which deadline, which version got approved. That object lives here, with its history.

Can several editors work in parallel?

Yes, each with their own portal and their own briefs. They do not see each other's work, and the board shows you the whole pipeline.

Do my editors see my analytics?

No. A portal only ever shows a creator their own briefs. Numbers, research and the watchlist stay on your side.

I have no manager and no editor yet. Too early?

Solo at 25 dollars a month works alone: watch your scene, analyze what breaks out, cut to it yourself. The pipeline is there for the day you hire, with nothing to migrate.

Can my manager run all of this for me?

Yes. Invite them as an admin or member: they run the watchlist, the briefs and the schedule, and the numbers stay in your workspace, not in their personal tools.

Can I try it first?

The free viral score analyzer scores one clip with no signup, and every plan starts with a 7-day trial.
