Use case
Viral Manager for brands and small teams
You are competing for attention against accounts whose entire job is attention. The shortcut is not a bigger budget, it is knowing which formats already work in your category, and why, before you commit a shoot to one.

Add the twenty or thirty accounts that set the tone in your market once. From then on the feed surfaces the posts that outperformed their own account's average, not the ones with the biggest raw numbers. That distinction is the whole point: it is what lets a brand with a modest following read its own category instead of the global charts.

Map your category once
The accounts that matter in your market, tracked continuously. You set it up in an afternoon and it keeps paying out.
Get told when a competitor breaks out
An alert when a watched account posts something well above its own baseline, rather than finding out three weeks later.
Copy the structure, not the subject
Most teams copy the topic and wonder why it flopped. What travels is the hook, the pacing and the payoff, and that is what the analysis hands you.
Brief a freelance creator without onboarding her
She gets a private link, not a seat and not a tool to learn. The reference video, your note and the deadline are already in it.
Keep the research in the company
When the social manager leaves, the watchlist, the briefs and the library stay in the workspace. The next hire inherits them.
Read your own numbers honestly
Views gained over a period, not a cumulative counter. It is the difference between a report and a dashboard nobody trusts.
The person who films is rarely the person who decides
In most brands the research sits with a marketing lead, the posting sits with a social manager, and the filming sits with a freelance or UGC creator paid per video. The freelancer does not belong in your workspace, but she does need the brief. That is exactly the split the roles model handles.
- OwnerMarketing lead or founder
The full app, plus billing.
The whole category watchlist, every analysis, every brief and every number.
- MemberSocial or content manager
The app, on a seat you invite by email.
The shared watchlist and library, so the research does not live in one person's browser.
- CreatorFreelance or UGC creator, paid per video
A private portal link. No account to create, no tool to learn.
Only the briefs you send her: the reference video, your note and the deadline.

Manager note
Keep the hook under 2 seconds. Shoot the mirror shot last.
From a competitor's post to your own video
- To do
You analyze a post that outperformed in your category and turn it into a brief with a deadline.
- In progress
Your creator opens the portal link and takes the brief. No onboarding call needed.
- Filmed
She marks it filmed, which tells you the shoot happened without a status message.
- Sent
The video arrives in your asset library, ready to schedule.
- Approved
You approve it, or return it with a note. The whole exchange stays attached to the brief.
A smarter way to grow a brand
Five parts of the product, in the order a small team actually meets them. Each one has its own page if you want the detail.
Your category, watched continuously
Add the accounts that set the tone in your market and get told the moment one of them posts well above its own baseline. Comparing an account to itself is what makes a small category readable.
See how it worksWhy that video worked, in writing
Hook, pacing, payoff, transcript and a shootable blueprint. It is the difference between a moodboard and a brief someone can actually execute.

The first two seconds set a promise and delay the payoff to 0:07. Keep the pattern, tighten the caption.
Your freelancer gets a link, not a licence
She opens it on her phone, takes the brief, marks it filmed, and uploads the video. She never sees your research, your competitors or your numbers, and you never send another file over WeTransfer.

See how it worksFrequently asked questions
We are a team of two. Is this oversized?
Solo and Starter exist for exactly that: 25 to 50 tracked accounts, one to five seats.
Can our freelance creator use it without a licence?
Yes. A creator is not a seat: she is added with a private portal link, no email and no password, and she only ever sees the briefs you send her.
Can several people on the team use it?
Yes, five seats from Starter and fifteen on Scale. The watchlist and the library are shared, so research does not sit in one person's browser.
Do we need to produce video?
The tool is built around short-form video, since that is where organic reach is. If you do not publish video at all, most of the value does not apply.
Can we track accounts outside our country?
Yes. There is no geographic restriction on which public accounts you track.
Does it replace an agency?
It replaces the research and briefing part. Shooting and editing remain yours, in-house or outsourced.
Do we need to connect our own accounts?
Not to use discovery and analysis. Connecting them adds the measurement side: real views gained, growth and watch time per period.
What if our category is small?
The smaller the category, the faster the watchlist is exhaustive, which is an advantage. Detection compares each account to itself, so a niche with modest accounts still produces useful signals.
