Billing questions
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. The 7-day trial gives you the full plan, and you are only charged once it ends. Cancel before day 7 and nothing is billed.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time from your billing page. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period.
What happens if I go over my plan limits?
Nothing is deleted. Accounts beyond your plan limit are paused rather than removed, and come back as soon as you free a slot or move up a plan.
Do team members need their own subscription?
No. The subscription belongs to the organization: members you invite inherit it and never pay separately.
How does the Agency plan work?
Agency starts at $300 per month with 5 creators included, then $50 per extra creator, up to 50. Each extra creator adds 10 My Creators accounts and 50 competitor accounts monitored. Members are unlimited, and white label and MCP access are included with no setup fee. Beyond 50 creators, talk to the team.
What if I need more My Creators accounts?
On every plan you can add My Creators accounts in packs of 10: $1 per account per month up to 500, then $0.60.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Yearly billing gives you 2 months free: Solo $250, Starter $490, Scale $1,490 and Agency from $3,000 per year.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, through Stripe. We never store your card details.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, in one click from the billing page. Your access stays open until the end of the period already paid for.
