Use case
Viral Manager for clippers and clipping teams
Clipping is a volume game with a quality constraint: the accounts that win post twenty clips a day, but only the ones cut to a format that works. Knowing which formats are working right now, across every clipping niche, is the edge this tool hands you.

A clipping page lives or dies on its format: the caption style, the first two seconds, the crop, the length. The feed shows you the clips that outperformed their own page's average across the niches you clip in, and the analysis tells you what the winning ones share. You stop reverse-engineering by scrolling and start cutting to a spec.

The first two seconds set a promise and delay the payoff to 0:07. Keep the pattern, tighten the caption.
How Viral Manager helps clippers
Watch every clipping niche you work
Podcasts, streamers, sports, motivation: one watchlist per lane, and the pages that dominate each one, tracked continuously.
Spot the format shift early
When a page's new caption style starts beating its own baseline, you see it the same day. Being two weeks early on a format is the whole margin.
Turn one winning clip into a spec
Hook, pacing, payoff, structure. The analysis writes down what to reproduce, which is what makes twenty clippers cut the same way.
Brief a team without a group chat
The reference clip, the note and the deadline travel as one object per clipper. No pinned messages, no lost links.
One board for daily volume
Who took what, what is cut, what is delivered, what got sent back. At twenty clips a day, the board is the only honest memory.
Prove the numbers per page
Connect the pages you run and read views gained per period. Whether you are paid per view or per clip, the report writes itself.
A clipping team is a pipeline, and the roles match it
Someone finds and specs the formats, several people cut, someone approves and posts. Whether you are a solo clipper or running fifteen people on a campaign, the same three roles cover it, and the clippers never see your research or your other campaigns.
- OwnerYou, running the operation
The full app, plus billing.
Every niche, every campaign, every clipper and every number.
- MemberA campaign lead or the person who approves and schedules
The app, on a seat, restrictable to the campaigns that concern them.
Their campaigns' research, briefs and deliveries. Not the rest.
- CreatorEach clipper on the team
A private portal link on their phone. No account to create, no tool to learn.
Their own briefs: the source video, the spec and the deadline. Never your watchlist, never the other clippers' work.
Creators never see the research, the other creators, or the billing.
How a clip travels through the team
- To do
You spec the format from an analyzed winner and assign the source footage with a deadline.
- In progress
The clipper takes it in the portal. You see who is on what without asking.
- Filmed
The cut exists. At volume, this is the status that shows tomorrow's schedule is safe.
- Sent
The clip lands in the library, attached to its brief, in the campaign folder.
- Approved
You approve and schedule, or send it back as Redo with a note the clipper reads in place.
A smarter way to run clips at volume
Five parts of the product, in the order a clipping operation actually meets them. Each one has its own page if you want the detail.
The clips that outperformed, across your niches
Filter by platform, niche, score and period. Detection is relative to each page's own average, so a new page's breakout format surfaces next to the big accounts you already study.

Frequently asked questions
I clip for a campaign program. Does this replace it?
No, it feeds it. Campaign platforms pay you for views; this tool is how you decide what to cut and how, and how you run a team once volume grows. The research and production layer is yours either way.
Does it track the streamers and podcasts I clip from?
It tracks Instagram and TikTok, which is where the clips compete. You watch the clipping pages in your niche there: the formats that win, the caption styles, the pacing. The source platform matters less than the destination format.
Can my clippers use it for free?
Clippers are added as creators: a private portal link, no seat, no account. They see their briefs and upload their cuts. Seats are only for people who need the app itself.
How many clippers can I run?
Up to 45 seats and unlimited creator portals on Empire. A typical team runs Scale: 15 seats for leads, portals for every clipper.
Can I keep campaigns separate?
Yes. Categories and nested folders per campaign or per client, and members restricted to the ones that concern them. It is a permission, not a convention.
Can it tell me why one clip did 2M and the same moment cut differently did 40k?
That is precisely what the analysis is for: it breaks down hook, pacing and structure. Run it on both and the difference is usually written in the first three seconds.
Is there a plan for a solo clipper?
Solo at 25 dollars a month covers one person: 25 tracked accounts and ten analyses a day. Move up when you add clippers or campaigns.
Can I test it on one clip first?
Yes, the free viral score analyzer scores a single post with no signup, and every plan starts with a 7-day trial.
