Each brief moves through explicit states, from assigned to delivered. You always know what is late without opening a single conversation.
Built for a roster, not for a to-do list
The bottleneck in a content operation is almost never ideas. It is everything between the idea and the published post: briefing, chasing, reviewing, remembering. This is the part of the product that holds that together.
The loop, end to end
- 1
Assign
Pick a format, pick a creator, set a deadline. The brief carries the blueprint with it.
- 2
Creator delivers
They shoot and upload from their own portal, on phone or desktop.
- 3
You review
Watch, comment, approve or send back with a note, without leaving the assignment.
- 4
Publish and track
Once live, the post joins your account analytics and feeds the next round of decisions.
Frequently asked questions
Do my creators need an account?
They get access to a dedicated portal. No subscription on their side, no access to your competitor data, only the briefs assigned to them.
What happens to old assignments?
A retention policy archives assignments once they have been inactive for a while, based on real activity rather than a last-modified timestamp, so finished work stops cluttering the board without disappearing.
Can several managers work on the same board?
Yes. Seats are included from Starter upward, up to 45 on Empire, and every member sees the same live state.
Can a creator work on several clients?
Yes. Assignments are grouped by folder, and a creator can appear in as many folders as you need.
Is there a mobile version?
The creator portal is installable as an app on iOS and Android, with push notifications when a new brief lands.
Can I set deadlines per assignment?
Yes, and an approaching deadline triggers a notification on the creator's side. Overdue work is visible on the board without anyone having to compile a list.
What happens when a creator leaves?
Their assignments stay in the workspace and can be reassigned in bulk. Nothing is attached to a person's account in a way that leaves with them.
Can I duplicate a folder for a new client?
Yes. Duplicating a folder copies its structure so a new client onboards on the same template as the last one.
