Categories and tags

Group tracked accounts by niche, by client or by angle. Filters follow the same structure everywhere in the product, so a 400-account watchlist stays readable.

A watchlist that scales past a browser folder

A watchlist only earns its keep once it is too big to check by hand. Everything here is built for that moment: categories that survive four hundred accounts, history per account, and alerts so you stop opening the app just to look.

Setting up a watchlist that pays off

  1. 1

    Seed it

Add the ten accounts you already check by hand. That is your baseline niche.

  2. 2

    Categorize

Tag them by angle or by client so filters mean something later.

  3. 3

    Expand

Accept the suggested similar accounts to widen coverage without extra research.

  4. 4

    Let alerts run

Stop opening the app to check. It tells you when there is something to see.

Frequently asked questions

Do tracked accounts know I am watching them?

No. Only public data is read, exactly like a visitor browsing their profile. Nothing is written, liked or followed on your behalf.

What counts as an alert-worthy post?

A post that beats its own account's recent baseline by a significant margin. That threshold adapts per account, which is why small accounts still trigger useful alerts.

Can two clients track the same account?

Yes, and it costs one scrape, not two. Accounts tracked by several workspaces share the same underlying refresh.

How many accounts can I track?

25 on Solo, 50 on Starter, 200 on Scale, 600 on Empire. Swapping an account out is instant.

Are TikTok accounts supported?

Yes, with the same detection and the same notifications as Instagram.

Can I get alerts by email?

In-app and push notifications are the default, since they arrive while the format is still fresh. Email digests are available for the daily summary.

What if an account stops posting?

It stays tracked and its cadence shows the gap. Accounts that go dormant are easy to spot and swap out for something more active.

Can team members have their own watchlists?

The watchlist is shared at the workspace level, which is the point: research done by one person benefits everyone. Categories and access restrictions let you scope who sees what.
