Which plan includes white label?
Empire. It used to be sold separately, it is now bundled in.
Is the main app rebranded too?
The branding applies to the creator-facing space, which is what your clients and creators actually see. The internal app you use as a manager keeps its own interface.
Can I use my own domain rather than a subdomain?
A subdomain you control is supported today. A fully custom apex domain is not yet.
Do the emails come from my address?
The templates carry your brand. Sending from your own domain additionally requires DKIM setup on your side.
Can I change the theme later?
Yes, at any time, and it applies live for everyone.
Does white label cost extra?
No. It used to be sold as a separate offer and is now included in Empire at no additional cost.
Can I preview a theme before applying it?
Yes, changes render live as you edit, and you can revert to a preset at any time.
What do my creators see in the app store?
The portal installs from the browser as a progressive web app on your subdomain, so the icon and name on their home screen are yours.
